CredComms (The Credible Communications company) was formed in August 2007, initially to transform the impact of customer advocacy using innovative online video technology. Since then, the company has evolved and expanded. Today, CredComms focus on all internal and external video based communications. We provide unique video communications technology, video production services and consultancy to global enterprises, large membership organizations and small to medium business.

It is this understanding has enabled CredComms to develop unique, innovate technology and cost effective video production services that provide our clients with a ‘one stop shop’, best value and improved ROI.
CredComms has three areas of operations; MediaHub, CredFilms, CredServices. At the heart of our business is MediaHub, our unique video communications platform that is enabling some of the world’s leading brands to engage, communicate, educate and drive sales more effectively. Our client’s include Adobe, Adidas and Lloyds Banking Group.
CredFilms, our professional video production division, produce a wide range of video and motion graphics services for clients including Ray-Ban and Microsoft. CredFilms talented and passionate team use the latest high definition camera equipment and cutting edge digital workflows to deliver higher quality, improved efficiency and cost savings. CredFilms also provide cost effective training programmes for a clients who wish to equip members of staff with video cameras to produce specific types of video content in-house, especially for internal communications and social media.
CredServices is our consultancy division. CredServices provide a range of services that enable clients to embrace and execute video communications. We have developed StreamTest technology that tests a company’s ability to stream video internally and externally more effectively. CredServices also run innovative, video based, Customer Advocacy and Reference Programmes for leading organisations such as Adobe, Logica and CA Technologies (ca.com).

The company is based in central London with plans to open offices in North America during the next 12 months.
